Safari & Salutations
Calling all yogi’s age 4 to 8 years old!
Join Tammy Fitzpatrick at Prairie Fire Yoga for a Safari and Salutations kids series that will introduce the basics and meaning of yoga incorporating the benefits while having fun! We’ll be able to get the wiggles out during 90 minute sessions focusing on the power of movement, breath and intention. Not only will our students be able to have some fun in the studio while learning Sun Salutations, but they will be able to identify invigorating and relaxing stretches and poses that are inspired by animals in our ‘safari’. Each sessions will build from the previous, enrolling into the full series is recommended, but not required. Class is limited to 8 students, pre-registration is required.
