Community Health Presentation
How can our communities become healthier places to live, learn, work, and play?
Join us for a look at the long-term health of Sauk County and help us focus on what’s important to improve community health.
We’ll discuss the results of our 2021 Sauk County Community Health Assessment and ask for your help to prioritize what needs improvement. Together, we’ll decide to focus our work on specific health factors, such as: health behaviors (like substance use or healthy weight), access to health services (such as dental and mental health care), and social and economic factors (like living wages, affordable housing, social connection, and discrimination).
Your voice is important to us!
