Join us for an extraordinary celebration as Winemaker Philippe marks his 40th vintage at Wollersheim! In honor of this milestone, we invite you to a special toast in the Bistro as Philippe taps the first barrel of Ruby Nouveau. This Wisconsin version of Beaujolais Nouveau, made from our estate-grown Foch grapes, is crafted using traditional whole-berry fermentation methods.
