Fitness on the Farm
Join Prairie Raised Beef and Prairie Fire Yoga for a fun and active morning on the farm. Tammy will lead attendees through an on-farm circuit tone class, where we?ll flex our strength and focus on our fitness. Following the 45-minute class, attendees are invited to stay for some post-workout recovery snacks with Prairie Raised Beef. Attendees are also invited to join Emily from Prairie Raised Beef for a farm tour and the opportunity to interact with calves following the class.
