We are currently accepting applications to join our team. If you are a man or woman over the age of 18 and live or work in the area, we’d like to hear from you. You can contact any current member, stop by the firehouse, or call the non-emergency phone number (643-8282) and leave a message with any questions you may have. Our application can be found on our website or you can reach out to any of our members for one.
The firehouse is not staffed on a regular basis. As a volunteer department, firefighters work their regular jobs and respond to the station when paged, if available. Members are paid hourly per call. You will receive paid training and certifications from MATC as well as on-the-job and in-the-field training on a large number of skills and techniques used in the fire service.
We take great pride and honor in what we do, whether it’s on an emergency scene, training drills, or community demonstrations, and we'd love to have you be a part of it!
