Our district is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is eager to make a positive impact within our organization. This is not a new position. It is a reorganization of job duties to better assist our district staff and the community.
People are our greatest asset and this position will play a key role in ensuring that our district culture thrives and our employees feel supported, valued and empowered.
This position will work to support the overall and day-to-day operations of the Business Office with the emphasis in human resources and providing the district direct management, oversight, and/or support in key areas such as the following: staffing projections and analysis, employment contracts, salary and wage administration, monitoring and tracking of grievances, data/records maintenance and providing support and assistance to employees for all matters related to employment.
