The Alliance has been lovingly restoring prairie at the Sauk Prairie Recreation Area (former Badger Army Ammunition Plant) for 25 years. Work includes cutting and piling brush, pulling weeds, and monitoring the progress of the site.

Bring your own drinking water and wear long pants, long sleeves, and sturdy shoes. Tools and gloves are provided, but you're welcome to bring your favorite pair of gloves. We meet at the Badger museum just inside the gate along Highway 12.
