The Eagle Inn – Sauk Prairie features quality home cooking and baking. Locals know us as the place to go to enjoy a comforting meal in town, and those passing through always leave with a pie.

When it comes to the food we serve, we refuse to cut corners. Our breakfast offerings are so popular, we decided to make breakfast available all day. Choose from classic selections, like omelets, French toast, pancakes, corned beef hash, cinnamon rolls and house made pastries. Our full salad bar and homemade soups are popular at lunch, or choose to order our famous hot beef sandwich made from tender, slow cooked roasts, hand mashed potatoes and scratch made gravy. Dinner brings a variety of dishes that are all too tempting, like our prime rib, goulash or broasted chicken.
